Monaco’s Ambassador to France, H.E. Mr Claude Cottalorda, presents credentials

On 6 July 2015, H.E. Mr Claude Cottalorda, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco to the President of the French Republic, presented his credentials to Mr François Hollande.

During a private meeting, the French President expressed his hope that the excellent relationship between the two countries on political, economic and environmental issues would continue.

The two men also discussed a variety of international subjects, including the negotiations between the Principality of Monaco and the European Union, and preparations for the 21st Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 21), which is to be held in Paris at the end of 2015.

The French President also asked Monaco’s new Ambassador to convey his personal greetings to H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince.
