Reception for the Diplomatic Corps accredited in the Principality of Andorra

On November 4th, 2016, invited by the Andorran authorities, H.E. M. Cottalorda took part in the reception given by H.E. Monsignor Joan Enric Vices, Bishop of Seu d'Urgell and Co-Prince of the Principality of Andorra, in the Seu d'Urgell, in the presence of the Andorran Government.
This reception brought together the entire diplomatic corps accredited to the Principality of Andorra.
