Remise du prix de S.A.S. le Prince Albert II par S.E. M. Cottalorda à M. Julian Treveylan

The H.S.H. Albert II of Monaco Prize for the Long-Thibaud-Crespin Competition, held on 27 October 2015 at the Champs Elysée Theatre in Paris, was awarded to Mr. Julian Treveylan, for the best performance of Piano Concerto No. 3. The prize was presented by H.E. Mr. Claude Cottalorda, Ambassador of Monaco to France, on behalf of the Sovereign Prince.

The young British performer competed against four other candidates, in a packed hall.

This international competition was established in 1943 and enables talented young performers to share their love of music. The H.S.H. Albert II of Monaco prize is presented each year at a ceremony that alternately recognises a violinist, a pianist, and, since 2011, an opera singer.

The competition's jury also awarded the Second Marguerite Long Major Prize to this young performer.
