Tribute to Mr Michel Rocard

On July 7th, H.E. Mr Cottalorda was at the Invalides in Paris to represent H.S.H. The Sovereign Prince during a tribute to Mr Michel Rocard (1930-2016), former French Prime Minister (from 1988 to 1991).
Since 2009, Mr Rocard was French Ambassador in charge of international negociation for the arctic and antarctic poles, an environnemental theme also dear to H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco.
